Writing
Whether crafting a media release, telling a community story, developing a public information campaign, or writing for executive education coursework, I believe strong communication begins with understanding your audience.
Throughout my career, I have written for residents, elected officials, media organizations, community stakeholders, and professional audiences. The examples below represent a cross-section of that work, ranging from local government communications and storytelling to strategic and persuasive writing.
Harvard Kennedy Persuasive Communication Course
Completed as part of Harvard Kennedy School of Executive Education's Persuasive Communication: Narrative, Evidence, and Impact course, this project examines how Formula 1's emphasis on role clarity, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and high-performance teamwork can serve as a model for modern local government operations. The project includes both a published-style op-ed and an oral presentation developed for executive-level audiences.

Oak Creek Current Articles
The Oak Creek Current is the official magazine of the City of Oak Creek. Jointly published by the City of Oak Creek, the Oak Creek - Franklin Joint School District, and MATC's Oak Creek Campus, the Current is mailed to every resident and businesses in the city four times a year. The Current contains city and community news, feature articles, and upcoming events in the City of Oak Creek.
I was not only a contributing author, but I also provided editorial planning, research, and photography for this contracted publication.
